unfortunately apart from removing the lights you wont turn it into a MX bike, new expantion chamber, porting and suspension mods are all quite expensive, just try and learn as much as you can as it is(minus lights)

Testimonial: "Great i had doubts about the bike but now i dont, i do know what i need to do to the bike this is helpful for a beginner like me"
SOURCE: Do I need to remove
You can replace any fuel petcock on the motorcycle. You do , however, want to get all the fuel out of the tank first. Siphon out both sides of the tank first and tip the bike over to get any remaining fuel to the far side of the tank. Then you should be able to remove the fuel petcock with minimal spillage of fuel. Be sure and put an old towel under the petcock when you remove it. NO SMOKING
