It may be a voltage issue to the coils, try checking the supply voltage and ground with the bike running.

What is the order of spark plug wires on a 2003 monte carlo with a 3.8L in it? It has aftermarket coils so no numbers.

at the factory they put numbers on top of the coils to
get the spark plug wires in the right order , but when
you replace the coils it does not matter the numbers they
all work the same what it matter is to put the right wires in it
3.8 V6 the order is in front of the car the first coil two spark plug wires # 1 and # 4,second coil #5 and #2 the next coil #3 and #6 now in front of the car wires are front left to right you got
# 1# 3 # 5 on the back of the engine you got from left to right #2 # 4 #6 you get them wrong the car will misfire or it won't start ... good luck..

Coil problem in what order are they (#spark plug) ??? back 1-3-5 / front 2-4-6 ????

In my 2004 MPV...

Back, from LEFT to RIGHT: 1-2-3
Front, from LEFT to RIGHT: 4-5-6

I really hope your bad coil is in the front (4-5-6).
Rear ones are not funt o get to. Not impossible, but a pain. My No.3 went out this Summer, so I know. I changed all three coils in the back, and refreshed ALL plugs.

Hope this helps!

Number 1 spark plug for 2000 Mazda MPV

The cylinder order is 1,2,3 (rear row, left-to-right) and then 4,5,6 (front row, left-to-right).
When replacing spark plug wires or plugs, it's very helpful to do one at a time to avoid connecting them incorrectly.
Hope this helps, Sherwin

Spark plugs replecement

I replaced my spark plugs just recently on our V-6, hope you have long thin hands. The plugs & coils on the front half are under the decorative cover. Remove with an allen wrench. Take off the coil & disconnect the wire connections (Note: these coils are fro the front and rear plugs, that way you do not have rear coils to remove, thank god). Pull out the plug wire cap, use the cap not the wire, its easy on the front.....the back half gets fun. Use an extension on your plug removal socket and take out he plug. Replace the plug and put it all back, repoeat for the front three. The back three are located behind the intake manifold, gonna have to do a lot of feeling and reaching around the intake. Again remember pull on the cap not the wire, if you pull the wire out.........gonna have to get new ones. The left most rear plug was the hardest for me to reach lots of stuff in the way, A few choie words and some beer and after a while I got it. Have fun every thing went well after I got it out.
