You can reset by disconnecting the battery for about half an hour, but the gaskets on the fuel system have been dry for a couple of months, and in turn have shrunk, this would cause the pressure to drop, and you may need to re-tighten all the screws on the feul pump, rail etc. Hope that helps!

2005 Suzuki boulevard c-90 I changed oil and filter but the oil light stays on so I changed the oil and filter again and the oil light is still on .

Hi, Gene you may have air in the system try bleeding it out like you would for brakes by loosening the oil pressure switch or oil filter with the engine running and watch for bubbles when they stop re-tighten and your good to go, for more information about your question and valuable "FREE" downloads that you will need please click on the links below. After about 45 min.ride my 05 c90 loses most of its power the fuel injection light comes on and I have to limp home. When the bike cools down it runs fine again

Mine used to do and after the shop had it a different days without finding a solution. I asked someone who used to own his own shop, who said to add a new ground, I did and I have not had the issue since. My fuel pump would lose power after the bike got warm. Maybe this wil help. jaxeagle

Viewing oil indicator Suzuki Boulevard C90 (2008)

either get a bike lift or centre stand or lean the handlebar against a wall, you will find a spot where it is close to verticle.
leave the side stand down so it cant fall on you if it over balances away from the wall

My 2005 Suzuki Boulevard C-90 doesn't start and is showing error message F1 on the display.

According to the owners manual an F1 reading indicates a problem in the fuel injection system. The owners manual states that you should take it to the dealer to have it checked out.
The Clymers manual says that there is a certain "mode select switch" you need to recover the trouble code for what the problem is. That part # is 09930-82710. It hooks into a harness plug just behind the steering head covers.
Without knowing what that code is I can't tell you what is wrong with your bike.

Change and upgrade to K&N air Filter on my Suzuki

You can upgrade the air filter, but you will have to change your fuel mixture on your fuel injection settings.

Fuel injection light staying on

The Fi light and indicator mean there is something in your fuel injection, or ignition systems, that isn't right, and it has left a trouble code (just like your cars engine light).

You either need to take it to your local dealer/cycle shop and get the bike looked at, or get a "mode selector switch" from your dealer (part# 09930-82710), get a Clymers manual, hook the switch up to where the manual says to (a plug just under the steering head covers), get the trouble code, and cross check it with what it says in the Clymers manual.
From there the manual should tell you what to do to narrow down what your problem is.

Good Luck.

Hi ......... sounds like the petrol is igniting in the pipe, could be valve needs reground (carryout a compression check), leak in the exhaust system (all gaskets & joints good ?). What colour is the spark plug ? Have you recently put a new pipe, filter or re jetted the bike ?
