this sounds like your brake light switch is bad and you will need to replace it. the switch is under the driver side dash connected to the brake pedal arm or the bracket that the brake pedal arm pivots on. good luck!

Fit replacement bushes to rear hub on CB200

Bushings on the rear hub of a CB200 motorcycle? If so you will most likely need to place motorcycle on centerstand and remove the rear axle and brake connecting assemblies. I don't recall them having bushings, but rather bearings (inside hub) and wheel spacers on outside of hub on one side and outside brake assembly on opposite side. If the bearings are worn out, retrieve replacements and also a blind bearing puller set to remove the bearings. Before removal of the old bearings, toss the new ones in the freezer as this will cause the metal to shrink (although slight) this will make installations of new ones easier. A shop press can be a handy tool for inserting new ones, but can also be done in a vice after carefully starting them with a rubber mallet. Careful not to damage the seals as these are fragile and new bearings won't last long if these get damaged. If it is the spacers, best best is to replace them with original replacements from the manufacturer.

I have a 1974 honda CB200 motorcycle and the right exhaust gets very hot while the left exhaust stays at a normal heat range. This happens within minutes of turning the bike on. Sometimes a small amount of...

Sounds like that cylinder is running very lean, which causes high heat. If you have multi carbs, get them synchronized right away, the high heat can ruin a cylinder/burn a valve.

When braking between 80-60 kph the steer is

You could have a worn idler arm and pitman arm. The idler arm is more common to wear out before the pitman arm so start with that and have the front end aligned. Inspect all your front end steering components for damaged and worn out parts that need to be replaced.
Thank you for using Fixya, you did replaced your brake rotor when you replaced the brake pads right???

1991 Honda Accord Brake Lights Stay on

Hi,
Usually there is a spring loaded switch that is activated by the brake pedal arm (under the dash). It registers on the pedal arm and when the pedal is depressed the switch is activated, causing your brake lights to illuminate.
The switch may have been bumped out of position. Hopefully this is a quick and easy fix for you...
Good luck!

Front brake assembly

This is the only thing I could find on a 1972 CB200. Also Google " motorcycle repair manuals honda "
Go to the site below where you can see a parts diagram for your specific bike. You will select the actual brand, year, model, etc., once you go to the site. Part numbers and prices are also shown. You can order parts from this site. In the event no price is shown on a particular part, the part is not in stock. www.babbittsonline.com/pages/parts/viewbybrandand/parts.aspx

Also, the FixYa system is set up such that your posting disappears once it gets a solution. I am posting this as a clarification. This way the listing will not disappear and others will have a chance to help as well.
