Turn signals, neutral safety, cooling fan not working

When I turn on the turn signals either direction all four light up and stay on. The cooling fan doesn't turn on when the temp gets up. Also when you release the clutch in first gear to take off bike shuts off like the kickstand is down. I have changed harness twice turn signal box and junction box also ignition. Not sure whats next???

There are two small relays on that board. One is an Ign relay. The larger main one is the stater relay. Should be a large wire from the battery (positive) on one side and the other goes to the starter. If you jump a cross these large wires the starter should turn. One of the wires from the Start button goes to this relay to turn it on. Now it is a 12v dc relay it has to have a power and a ground to make it work, or to pull in and complete the circuit to the starter. Also in the junction box is a fuse it has a plastic cover, if this "main 40 amp fuse" is blown it will not let the starter work. Also this junction box has a low voltage disconnect built in, in other works if the battery voltage falls below 10.9 Volts (battery not charging) it will not let the starter engage, to save battery power for em: lights. Check for a blown fuse, keep the battery hot or use a charger until you figure out all the electrics. Even the fuel pump will not run if the battery voltage drops. So do not go hunting that down thinking it's bad. Keep the battery hot.

Off grid wall mounted empire direct vent heater. Pilot light will stay lit. But when you turn the pilot to on the unit burner and pilot go out after about two minutes.

You may have a bad thermocouple. This is a device that when it gets hot (usually from the pilot light) enough it sends a signal (allows conductivity) which allows the heater to stay lit when switched into the 'heat' or functional mode.
It's a common safety element in all gas furnaces and stoves to ensure that the pilot says lit and no gas can escape in case it somehow extinguishes.

Cooling fan wont come on car running at a high tem

You could verify fan motor is good by using jumper wires from battery to the fan motor. If the motor is good, you will probably need a wiring diagram and at least a test light to start checking the fan circuit. There will be a cooling fan relay that when signaled, will send power direct to the fan. The signaler to relay to turn the fan on may be the engine computer when the coolant temperature sensor tells it engine is getting too hot- or it may be signaled on by a fan temperature switch mounted in the radiator. When coolant reaches a set temperature the switch closes contact, and the relay is energized to pass power on to the fan. One could pull the relay and with key on, use test light to probe the terminals where relay plugs in. The power feed for the fan should light up the test light on one of the terminals, verifying power is still available to turn the fan on. Next one could check if the signaler to turn the relay on is working.
See? So you do need a wiring diagram to see how the circuit is wired. But the first step is to verify fan motor is good. Good luck, Nigel.

2004 Dodge Intrepid won't turn over to crank unless in Neutral

you need to use the more expensive obdII model reader... on mine it will tell you which bank left or right and which sensor front or rear, there are four oxygen sensors in most cars now, and mine is only the second top of the line Autozone model $120. I've used it four times already within the last couple of years so its paid for itself. #2 sounds like in the old days when you had to really pull up on the gear shift lever to get it to start this involved a neutral safety switch issue.

Can't shift out of park

a bad brake light switch which also controls the neutral safety switch, its on the upper brake pedal

Trailer break lights and running lights don't work

i would use a multimeter to read each wires operation voltage before hooking up. ex. turn on turn signal, connect meter to find which wires is pulsing.

So your saying you wired the trailer yourself? yes you need the wires to both sides for brake and running. the runners have to be all connected, and the brake all connected, hot and neutral.

Premature starting 1990 4cyl mustang

first problem sounds like your neutral safety switch is grounding out on something, maybe and exposed wire arching across making it complete the curcuit, or could be the same problem happening at the starter on the engine. Disconnect your battery and put the fuse back in the car, leave the fuse box alone unless theres a fuse blown and use the disconnected battery as a way to turn on and off the power while working on the car. Using the fusebox to turn on and off power is only going to confuse you more and give you a sore back. As for the 4 way flasher question, most cars have a separate fuse thats round and silver just like the turn signal fuse that work the 4 ways, its more like a fused relay.
