I would like a little more detail as to the problem, but here are a few things for you to check.
1. Check the spark plug for a good blue/white spark. The gap should be 0.7mm.
2. Is the jetting correct ? and inspect the position of the needle ( In which groove is the clip. 1 being the top and 5 the bottom).
3. I am presuming that the carb has been cleaned !
4. LONG SHOT ! Is the bike using gear oil?
5. Lastly check the condition of the reed valves.

My 2005 x5 diesel BMW miss fires when I accerate and looses power at 100kph I have replaced fuel and air filters and run 3tanks of injector cleaner what could be the problem ?

I am leaning toward a fuel problem. Loss of mid-range power, misses or pops, and backfires are indicators of not having enough fuel. I am guessing some of your injectors are still not fully functioning.

Do I need vacum advance cannister

Vacuum advance canister?? Are you reffering to a vacuum canister. If so, this will not cause a mis fire. Year/make/model?? If you are experiencing a mis fire, suspect a spark plug/coil/ignition cable etc

1989 Chevy 1/2 ton 4X4. 5.7 Have had a 'mis" in engine a long time. Changed complete engine. Still have mis. Changed complete dist, wires and plugs, coil, 2 water temp sending units, the 3 sensors on...

You could look at the injectors as they fire. From cold to hot. They hit consistent so look at how they spray/pressure. Could be the fuel pump and or filter. I would replace the fuel filter and check pressure. The module in the distributor either works or doesn't. I can only think of two things that happens with heat(you replaced everything else) Fuel is one, the other is the spark plug wires. Route them away from any ignition or injector wires.

Miss fire after up to temp and runfor short amount of time. I get a miss fire coming to a stop..drops to cylinders or 1. will not accelerate at all boggs with miss fire.

Check your tank vent. Ride the bike until it stalls, pull over and pop open the gas tank lid. If you hear a "ffffwwwwwah" of air being sucked in when you open the tank, your air vent is blocked. The bike runs great when you start out, but as fuel is taken out of the tank no air can get in to replace it and the tank develops a vacuum.

Joe, i'm afraid we'll need some more info; year, make and model. Have you changed anything to after market like air cleaners or exhaust? How many miles are on it?

RM250 Power Issues

Hello if your motorcycle is blowing a lot of smoke and oil from the exhaust and running poorly, sounds like you have worn crankshaft bearings or the main seal is bad and sucking transmission oil.

Bike dose not pick up

Sounds like it's trying to sieze if it's fluctuating and won't wind up. You may have to pull your cyledar back off and mike it to see if it is out of round and within specs.

Stalls/misses in lower powerband

adjust the timing a little, take off the left cover, inside the magneto is a couple of screws. you loosen these the slightly rotate the timing to ****** or advance. This should take care of your problem.

I have a miss fire on cylinder #1 & #6 any one can help me ?

Since #1&6 are the furthest from the center of the manifold (if it's a 4.0) I'd suspect that either the manifold gasket is leaking a bit and leaning out both cylinders, or you have an ignition wire that has worn through a bit (in this case either #1 or #6)and they are either crossing or in close proximity to each other permitting cross fire.(not extremely likely but possible) The other item I'd check is your fuel filter. A partially plugged filter will cut down on delivery, effectively lowering available fuel when you need it most (pulling in mid range) Also, make sure your air filter is clean!
