I really don't know how much, but you don't seem to be getting an answer from anyone else either. Your local dealer should not have a problem answering this one, but if they do, respond back and I will get you an answer from mine.

My honda cr 125 motcross keeps going through spark plugs,using correct fuel,runs well for an hour or so.

Hello assuming there were no carburetor jet changes and your bike is running to rich. or you have realy dirty air cleaner.
Fouling plugs due to to much oil could be the wetside oil seal needs replace because it is letting your trans oil enter the crancase or you have worn crankshaft roller bearings.

What is the fork oil level after replacing seals

Here is a manual for your bike....search for English parts of it.....
http://safemanuals.com/user-guide-instructions-owner-manual/HUSQVARNA/CR%20125-_M

The manual has directions for taking out parts, putting in SAE 5 or SAE 7.5 fork oil, and then measuring the distance from the top of the fork tube to the top of the oil. It should be 3.5 inches. That doesn't sound right, but maybe that is with the forks compressed, the directions may be indicating that. You could judge by the amount you drained out of the forks. Here are the directions in the manual.......
OIL FORK LEVEL
For the regular fork operation,
both legs must be provided with
the necessary oil quantity.
Remove the forkrods from the
fork to check the oil level inside
the forkrods. Work as follows:
- remove the power rod caps;
- remove springs from the stems
letting the oil drop into the
latter;
- bring forks to stroke end;
- check that the level is at
distance “A” below the upper
limit of rods.
(distance A is 3.5 inches)

I have a 2003 cr 125 that i just changed the fork seals on a c-cycle suspension what are the amounts of oil that i should put in?

have two measured beakers ready for when you drain each fork then when it fills up you"ll know...but i see that you"ve already done that...on my old honda cbr my manual states12.5 oz. for left...and 12.2oz. for the right.

I have fixed my fork seals twice this summer, and they still leak, is there something other than the seals that could be broken?

Either you :
- did not use the right seals
-put more oil than needed
-or your fork chrome has come off and this is eating up the seals.

98 cr 125 has spark and gas but wont start. seems to be flooding the engine. gas is building up in the pipe. the carb doesn't seem to be controlling the flow of gas right

you should open the carb and check the floaters and the pin they control.Then adjust the float height and test it before you put it on the bike.Empty the gas from the engine 'cause it will damage the crankshaft's oil seals.

Spark keeps fouling but no clue why

Are you losing gear oil.
When the crankshaft seal leaks, oil from the gearbox is sucked into the crankcase, and this can foul the plug.
Also check the plug gap, most guys set the gap too small. It should be 0,7mmto 0,8mm. The plug should be a B9 EG, or equivilant.
Now, you can also change the plug cap to a type that has a built in resistor, this also helps with plug life.
Note that 2 strokes use plugs way more than 4 strokes, and you should replace the plug every 15-20 hours to keep your riding pleasant.
Good Bike you have there
Cheers
Jon
