Engine turns over but wont start. You can hear thr fuel pump come on. Is it electrical? Could it be battery, fuse, or loose wire?

This sounds like the crank shaft sensor is bad. The sensor sends a signal to the computer about when to fire the coils for spark.

Hyosung GT250R indicator not working

It sounds like:
1) One of the wires that takes power to the right hand turn signals is shorted to the chassis.
2) One, or both, of the right hand turn signal bulbs is burnt out.
3) The turn signal switch has failed.

It will not start and water will not come in it

The power switch inside the timer is damaged and is not tripping thr relays inside the timer when you attempt to turn the machine on. The timer will need to be replaced.

My ac/heater blower will not turn on.. I do not have any power at the switch.. all my fuses appear to be fine,,Is there a relay that is not in the relay/fuse center that i do not know about, or which relay...

go directly to the blower motor itself on the passengers side of the vehicle. the wiring will be right there it has a green and a black twire connecter use a test light key on the green wire should be hot --if so ground the black wire the blower should run on high if this work you have a reistor fault thr resistor is located in the heater box .good luck
