The Store is Wrong... They may call it a Hull Pick up Coil, They call these parts differnet things but they do the job. O2 Sensor is NOT going make your car run like this,

I have been searching for information on your specific vehicle. It appears to be part of the Distributor from what I can find... If I find anything more, I will post it.

I pulled my timing belt cover off today and my timing belt is off three notches, can that be the reason for it not to start?

VSS or vehicle speed sensor aka cam sensor or crank position sensor. Test the battery and alternator. You should also check for blown fuses, bad wires and grounds on a car as old as yours. If you find it's getting spark and fuel after further testing, check the timing belt. It could have slipped or broke even if it was changed recently so either pull off the cover or at least do a compression test.

1993 Mazda MPV---What type of Brake fluid does it use??? Thanks :)

I think it used to use DOT3 fluid - however, these specs are updated every now and then and it's likely that you can't even purchase the original fluid specified anymore. Any fluid post-dating that specified should be fine.
Hope this helps, please leave feedback, Sherwin

Is there a diagnostic code "reader" on the Mazda MPV 1993?

I am having a similar problem and my mechanic thinks it's a fuel regulator. Part was ordered and it's being replaced this week. We'll see. Unrelated, I'm/we're having a heck of a time finding an oil pan...mine is very blistered....but it is 17 years old.
