Try spraying some break cleaner on your locking mechanisim there should be a lever that is moved by your key that locks the wheel into place after the cleaner spray a silicone based lubricant onit turn your key several times and see if that fixes your problem

The problem is in the ignition switch, although NOT an electrical issue. You will need to remove the ignition and take out the tumbler that the keys rides in. On the back side of the tumbler, there is a white tab that is moved by an arm that slides a pin up and down which locks the steering. Dont be intimidated by this repair. I was when I did it, but was actually quite easy. Just take you time and take pics to look back on as reference.

How do I remove the key assembly if the bike is in steering locked position?

Had a similar problem a couple of times, but not this model. The first time I removed the lock that locks the saddle down (same lock as ignition, Honda Wave 125) and took it to a locksmith who made a new key by looking down the barrel with a telescope type tool. He was good, even identified the bike that the lock came from.
The second time I took the whole bike along on the back of a pick-up and he made a new key the same as before.
The guy works from the pavement in Thailand. Hope you can find the same service where you live !!!

The lock may not have the required programming to work anymore, may need programming. Try the info at this link to help:

Is the bike fitted with an extra ECU such as Power commander or anything similar? The injectors are engaged directly from the bike's ECU.Are the injector's o-ring tight? Did you renewed the o-rings of the injector you replaced?
