The flasher unit is called the TSSM module. It is a combined flasher and alarm unit. A new one will require your alarm keyfobs to be matched to it. An expensive unit if faulty. If you replaced the earth wires and now its blowing fuses, then I would check your work. The fault has changed after you worked on the vehicle so logic dictates you have caused this. The black wire is usually the earth on these indicators but it is a possibility that these are routed through the TSSM module. You might have done damage if this is so.

Right signal lights flash but left one wont any sugestions

Well it won't be the relay if one side works .it's more than likely the switch that's either faulty or has a bad contact.swap the wires from the left indicators to the right to test the left indicators actually work.

The left hand indicators on my triumph adventurer 900 have stopped working. The bulbs are ok and the relay ticks away and appears to work ok.

Have you tried swaping the indicator wires around plug the left into the right this will eliminate the indicators themselfs if the problem moves to the other side the relay would be at fault assuming you have checked the bullb wattage

The neutral indicator light isnt working.

If you neutral indicator light is not working it could be three things. One, the bulb in the indicator is bad. Two, the wires have come off the neutral switch in the transmission. Or, Three, the neutral indicator switch on the transmission is bad. Look at the chrome cover on top of the transmission on the right hand side of the bike. There is a switch with two wires running to it. One wire is a ground and the other goes to the switch, Disconnect the one going to the switch. Turn the ignition switch on and touch the wire you disconnected to ground. The neutral light should come on. If it does, the switch is bad and needs to be replaced. If it doesn't the bulb in the indicator is bad or there is a problem in the wiring.

Good Luck
Steve

(L) hand indicators not working. fuses, bulbs ok. would there be a issue with the hand peice or is there a rely switch for the indicators,(R) is working fine.

could be the switch, but check the connectors first, a small test light may help.
Any fuse switch or relay is usually for left and right, so your problem will be a wire , connector or the switch.

maybe some contact cleaner sprayed in the switch will help

2001 aprilia rs125 indicators dont work on left

their sounds like their is a short in the switch or wire.

if i was testing it. id unplug the one side and test the other alone. then each wire individuality for current when i press switch to on position

shorts seem top be visible at times with visual inspection. so look before you touch. and checking the switch for resistance is a good idea also. but do not have the battery hooked up to test switch for resistance or no power to switch when testing.

Hyosung GT250R indicator not working

It sounds like:
1) One of the wires that takes power to the right hand turn signals is shorted to the chassis.
2) One, or both, of the right hand turn signal bulbs is burnt out.
3) The turn signal switch has failed.
