Question about Suzuki Boulevard M50 Motorcycles
My 1987 suzuki fa50 twistngo scooter does not turn over, the kick start is not catching the gear? just baught it and road maybe 15 miles total. took it to the store, maybe the fifth trip, and i could not get started ,no bang, pop or noise. The operator manual said pull in the rear brake to ingage the kickstart, thats how i have been doing it? HELP!!
The bit that ingages the kick start is half way along the rear hand break cable.
you can push it with your hand and kick it over.
also try re tensioning you brake cable
this can be done at two pionts along the cable at the end or on the balance bar (10mm spanner required)
This needs to be adjusted as the pads wear down.
