Clymers or Haynes manual would be a great investment. But have a look at the parts microfiche, you can get an idea from it. When you look up the bike on the microfiche you will need to know what year model it is.

You may not have the kicker gear on the inside of the clutch release housing timed right. The gear has a knob on it that has to be against the stop inside the housing when the kicker is all the way at the top. Also, you must have enough spring tension on the kicker return spring to hold the kicker up firmly. If you don't, the kicker will bounce up and down while riding down the road. Make sure you've got the spring wound up tight enough.

My 94 suzuki gsxr750 has a valve that I found broke off when I took the motor apart. I tried to see if I could remove valves and wasn't successful. I noticed all my valves would move but one is there...

You need some special tools to remove the valves. Your best bet is to take the cylinder head to a dealer and have them do a valve job on it. Talk to the dealer about how to re-time the valves when you reassemble the head. The alignment of the cams is critical. If timed wrong, the piston can strike the valves bending them and possibly putting a hole in a piston or two.

I can't find any parts diagrams for a DT360, and it has been 35 years since I worked on a DT360 at LYNN'S YAMAHA, DM Iowa, but as I recall there IS a ball bearing in the assembly. It went in right before the pushrod. The diagram below is for a 1978 DT400. I am pretty sure your 360 has the same clutch assembly as the 400. The ball bearing would not have worn down. A prior owner leaving it out is far more likely. Please take a moment and rate my answer. Thanks. tombones49_72.gif

I took apart me signal switch to paint it. Is there anywhere i can get a diagram of how to rebuild it?

Unfortunately you wont find and diagram, honda would sell this item as a complete unit, and the manuals would just suggest replacement. If you can get hold of another one you can look at it might help, perhaps the bike wreckers

look for grooves or dents in the clutch basket, that would be holding the disks apart, also make sure the disks all face the same way out.

Replaced the clutch in my xlh1200 1995 with a kevlar clutch kit. when I put it back together I couldnt squeeze the clutch. I took off the derby cover and figured out that the adjustment screw was hitt

I would go back to scratch. Disassemble the clutch basket and reassemble it making sure you have it set in proper order. Then reassemble every thing. Also double check the clutches you bought are the proper ones for your bike.
