How do I adjust the clutch in my 1994 Yamaha virago 535?

You cant adjust the clutch, but you can adjust the clutch cable,to the point where you have 4-6mmfree play at the lever,no less otherwise you will cause the clutch to slip.

Cant hear my radio

The radio system on the Goldwing is equipped with a "Mute" button. More often than not, the issues are from this button not releasing completely on the inside of the switch. I suggest playing with the mute switch. Work it "on" and "off" over and over.

I cant get the clutch to engage

Hi assuming you put the clutch back togethere in correct order you remove it does the clutch lever have end play in it when you releace it there should be some play in it if there is not you need to loosen it ether at the lever holder or at the set screw where the cable on the engine case lossen it then turn it until it lighly stops then back it off quarter of a turn.

2000 FXSTD Softail Duece: Clutch is engaging too late almost at the full out...

The clutch is most likey improperly set. What needs to be done is the clutch cover taken off, loose the cable adjuster backed way off and then set the clutch rod first by taking up all the end play and then turning out screw 1/2 turn, hold screw and tighten lock nut. The cable can now be adjusted so there is about 1/2" free play at the end of the lever

Runs great at hwy speed pops and slow response when you stop

Sounds like a lean condition. Adjust the carburator for a richer idle mixture.

First off, update your firmware. also make sure that you are just putting mp3 format's on the disc. I don't believe that the HK will play WMA or Real fromats.

Clutch adjustment

definately slipping. Have enough free play to allow full engagement? Most important is the oil the right type. wet clutches don't like standard motor oil.
