Sounds like the baffles in your backbox have slipped into the path of exhaust. try to start the bike without the exhaust on and make sure that you dont do this in quiet neighbourhood as this often offends. if biker starts fine then you will prob have to unblock/replace exhaust. i find that with the tailpipe being so small also that small children tend to like sticking things in it such as sticks ans toy cars and such.. blocking the way for exhaust fumes. have you had it derestricted? is so then above all relevent.

Go-Ped or GoPed is a brand of powered scooter and if it is a Go-Ped brand powered scooter then you should find the word "Go-Ped" on it somewhere. I think on average a Go-Ped will have the Go-Ped brand on it in about 17 different places and would seem unlikely that that all the labels are removed.

My mo ped stutters at high speeds

Take off Air filter, look inside the carb and pull throttle all the way, the circle should be fully open, if not it may not be getting the full amount of gas it could be, Clean the carb as well, take it apart and clean the mesh filter, To check your plug, just unscrew it from engine, put the cap on the plug, place the tip of the plug on something metal and pull start the engine to see if its sparking. I think you have a carb problem though, clean it and clean your filter and you should be good. If its a stock engine on a goped sport than you should mix 3.2 ounces of oil per gallon. Hope this helps

Don't use cold start.it will not solve your problem.Try running it with out the air cleaners ,it may be that you have an air intake problem and not getting the right Air / fuel mixture .

Bike wont idle without choke

you need to take your carb off give it as good cleaning. also check your intake gaskets where the manifold joins the jugs and the black rubber one where the carb joins the manifold. You def have air/fuel problem going on. also check your vscume hose to the carb but im thinking that is not it.
