Pull the rubber trip reset pin out slowly so all you see is the hole & the shaft. Take a long tin-tie (about 5 inch) & fish it inside the speedo to the needle & carefully bring it back counterclockwise when its back at least to "2-3 O'clock" hold it & turn your switch to coil...the needle will go back to zero. keep the tin-tie in your coin box if ever it happens again!
The fuse block is usually under the dashboard, as well as additional fuse box under the hood. Your owners manual would give u that info, if u don't have one, it can be purchased @ Lexus site, don't know how much though. If fuses aren't labeled as u say, just pull them out 1 at a time and check to see which one is burned out. An auto parts store would probably help u locate the fuse box under the dash, (which is where I think the blown fuse is) they want to sell parts, and offer a lot of free services to customers such as testing components, installing wipers etc. good luck countrycurt0
