Sticky clutch 91 accord lx clutch sticks to floor or is slow to release. I replaced master cylnder, slave has small leak but never goes through any fluid what else could it be?

If you mean you step on the clutch, put transmission in gear and release clutch with no engagement (pedal returns to top position) there is a good chance your clutch disc or pressure plate, or both are worn out and need replacing.
If your clutch pedal is going to the floor and not returning there could be a leak in the system, a bad clutch master cylinder or a bad slave cylinder on the transmission. Check the fluid level in the clutch master cylinder. If it is low or empty you have a leak or component failure. Visually inspect clutch master, line, slave cylinder for fluid leaks. replace as needed. If hydraulics are o.k., suspect clutch disc/pressure plate.

you may need the clutch replaced if the clutch slave cylinder and master is working.

You should not need to be filling the clutch master frequently. The system is "closed" and should stay full indefinitely. If frequent filling is necessary, there is a leak either in the master, line or slave. There should be a bleed valve on the slave unit mounted on the bellhousing. You can usually restore operation temporarily by bleeding it from there as you would a brake. (hold pedal down and open bleeder, let air out and close bleeder, release pedal and repeat 'till only fluid comes out) But you need to take a close look and find/replace what's leaking.

this is due to air in the clutch system, or a low fluid level. bleed some new clutch fluid through. It may be caused by a leaking seal, so check for leaks at the clutch master cylnder and slave cylnder. the master cylnder seal sometimes leaks down the firewall inside the car. Replacement cylnders ar an easier option than replacing just the seals

more than likely the slave cylnder in the tranny or on the side of the tranny have you been seeing fluid on the ground.

Regards Darryl, you have a leak try bleeding the system then lube the contact ball which you should of done when replacing the slave, also could have master going out happens all the time weakest point in the system is the first to go out.

Its sounds like a bad clutch cylinder or bad slave cylinder or fluid leaking. First check brake fluid level in clutch master , and check for a leak in clutch system. If there are NO leaks, then you either have a bad clutch cylinder or a slave cylinder. Bleed clutch at bleeder screw on slave cylinder and make sure there is pressure from master cylinder. If there is pressure then slave cylinder may be bad replace slave and bleed and that should take care of you problem. If master is bad then replace bleed system ad you should be good. check the slave and clutch master cylinder for leakage. look under the dash , at the clutch master) push rod attached to the clutch pedal) . try to see if there are any leaks around it. if so have it replaced and have the system bled to remove all fluid and air stuck in the system.

You could refill but, i would replace the clutch master cylinder and slave cylinder as well. these two parts are failing.

could be a couple of things check release bearing is not binding on output shaft or the arm which holds the release bearing is not bent or worn where it pivots also check where the arm pivots point is not worn out if all checks out replace the clutch pressure plate,clutch discs,throw out bearing and pilot bearing,one more thing is a clutch disc has some springs mounted to it to absorb some of the pressure when engaging the clutch and i have seen these springs come off and get in between the clutch assembly but usually when this happens you can feel and hear some grinding metal noise.but to check all the above the transmission will have to be removed.
