Assuming you are talking about some kind of central forced air and not a roof air conditioner, I would say the hose fell off the outlet or the A/C unit itself. Do all the other vents blow cold air? If yes, remove the wall vent and look. If the hose is attached, go to the A/C unit and check there. Also, remote possibility some kind of critter got inside the hose and built a home, effectively blocking the airflow.
Not enough info on filters. Central air filter? Roof A/C filter? Engine air filter?
Manufacturers put so many different models of sleeper sofas in RVs, it's hard to tell which one you have. Your owner's manual should tell you. If you don't have one, look around. There might be a latch(s) somewhere. Or try pulling up and out or straight up.
Hi Lawrence:
Air has to get into the air filter box so that it can go through the filter and provide air to the engine. There is usually a duct or pipe of some kind to get this air. The only other hole that may be present in an air box would be to accept the PCV tube.
Can you describe the hole that you repaired?
It is mounted on the frame of the van, behind and kind of underneath the air filter box. Remove the air intake hose, the filter box cover, the filter and the filter box. You will see the relay
Hi E1 means Automatic filter clean reminder. Turn the air conditioner OFF and unplug it. Kindly make sure that the air conditioner is unplugged for the automatic filter clean timer to reset, then clean the filter. After cleaning, replace the filter and plug the air conditioner back in. Please do rate the solution and revert for further assistance. Thanks Rylee
Using a electronic air cleaner you don't need a filter they have little pre filters in front of them but those electronic air cleaner are so good at removing dust and hair. I am thinking of getting one. to take the air cleaners take them out every so often and wash them with just your garden hose let them dry and re-install. If you want to replace the air cleaner go get a filter called Air Bear they are made to be a direct replacement for Electronic Air Cleaner units. ken oh by the way air bear's are about 5 inches thick and come in vary sizes.
