I couldn't find the change out for your exact bike, but here is a link with an entire description on how to first build a lift, then removal, and installation, it should have pictures and some good information. Hope all goes well, good luck

How do I change a set of tins on a 2003 FXSTDI?

If you're talking about the tins on the front end, you'll probably have to change the triple trees as well. The triple trees must be drilled and and tapped for the screws that hold the tins on. Also, they may be cast differently.

Good Luck

Front end vibration

Check if there's any play within the bearings..top and bottom of the triple tree. Put your bike on the center stand and ask someone to sit onthe bike seat and tht way it will raise in the front, try to shake the triple tree into forward and backward motion, if you do find some play thn try to adjust them(bearing)...careful not to keep em tight or else you wont get a good balance on the steering whiles riding!
Check the bushing at the handle bar too!
Hope this helps!

Kawasaki z750 abs. Vacuum (pression) in fuel tank

If you're building up vacuum or pressure in the fuel tank, your vent line is pinched or plugged. It is a rubber hose that comes off the fuel tank, usually runs down the right side and discharges vented air out the bottom somewhere.
