Are the new plugs firing (i.e. is there spark?) if yes then it is a fuel issue. when you turn the bike to the ON position can you hear the fuel pump prime? if yes then you have an issue with the efi. either way you should have a dealer look at this. as it is an 2008 model it should still have a warranty.

all in all take it to a Certified Dealer!!!!

2003 Buell Blast starting problem

It may depend on what you call choking the engine off. If you actually choked it off you may well have flooded the cylinder and plug with gas and now have wet plugs. Often in high performance motorcycles like your Buell even with a new plug that has never been fired or only fired few times it it gets wet it may still look brand new but refuse to start the engine because it got wet. SO, try new plugs and do not choke it off when you want to stop it.

Hyosung ms3 250 battery fully charged engine turns over wont fire up also new spark plug fitted

has spark? has fuel going to carb? if you smell gas from the muffler or carb then it not burning check for spark pull plug touch away from the hole so you don't ignite the vapors on the engine look for a great blue red spark

Weak ignition spark

Make sure battery is up at least 11 - 11.5 volts
A low battery will spin over and sound like it should when cranking sometimes, but the starter will rob spark from the ignition and not fire due to low voltage

Wont fire

You have to check of there is sparks at the spark plug and also if the fuel is being injected to the combustion chamber.
Crank start the engine for a short while and thn remove one spark plug, if fuel is injected you will see tht the plug is wet.
To check for sparks to the plug, wipe tht plug dry if its wet due to gas, thn earth the spark plug body to the engine and crank start, if theres sparks you will see.
If you both of these thn it the engine must fire.
I guess one is missing.
Hope this helps!

Engine wont start but turns over battery is ok can smell a little fuel which i assume means my filter is not blocked just wont fire up

If it smells fuel means that you overfilled the cylinders with gas.Take out the spark plugs and check if they fire. That way you are checking the ignitions coils too.If they fire, install new spark plugs and crank the engine with the choke pulled and no throttle at all.Assuming that your carbs are cleaned and corectlly adjusted.
If the coils don't fire then you should check the pulse generator sensor and make sure that it's pulse is transfered all the way up to the ECU.

95 sportster wont start. Everything was running fine until now.

do a basic test .try starting the bike, then take out a spark plug. is it wet or dry? if its dry, no gas getting into the combustion chamber. if its wet, place the thread of the pluged in spark plug against any engine metal, crank the engine and look for a good blue spark. no spark or an orange spark means ignition problem.

Bike wont start

What do you mean "take out 1 plug"? Spark plug's plug?
Spark plugs are renewed?
You should also check the gears/sprockets that connects the starting motor with the crankshaft if all of them can spin freely around their pin.

Rear cylinder not firing

The first thing I would do is replace the spark plugs again. You can foul a plug and it will cause you more problems than you can ever imagine. I see you have done all the logical things that I would recommend but I did not see you have replaced the plugs after the 200 miles. You would be surprised at how many times a $2.00 part can cause fits beyond belief.
