Locate and disconnect flasher relay, join the two wires together, turn on the ignition switch then try the indicator switch, (both sides). if the indicators then light up, your relay is faulty, if they don't light up check your indicator bulbs, if they are all OK. I would then check the Indicator switch next.. good luck...

PS. check the ign. feed wire to the relay is alive when the ignition switch is on, if not alive, you may have just blown a fuse???

Coul;d you just clarify that the lights are not coming on at all or are they not flashing? if they not flashing then it is your relay which is usually located under the seat but if there is nothing happening when you switch the indicators on then you will have to check the wiring from your switch to the light itself. if you take a piece of wire and a bulb preferably from your bike as this will be 6 volt, take this wire and connect it to an earth spot such as the frame then connect the other end to the outside edge of the bulb. switch on indicators and touch bulb with wire on it to the wire which feeds the base of the original bulb to see if you are getting any voltage through it. if nothing happens the you will have to repeat the following to all four points wher it usually goes and if still nothing then you will have to go further back in the loom to find the problem. but you will find the problem with an auto electrician will find problem a lot faster and should be quite cheap as it is only a moped.

Honda scv 100 won't electric start, but the lights work fine. How do I fix it?

Check the starter relay in the battery compartment. Look at the relays terminals and clean it, test it by means of activating the electric starter, a clicking sound should be heard, if not replace the relay. If there is a clicking sound and motor would not run, the starter motor have a problem.
Try Youtube for video repairing of that starter. just type the model and problem of your scooter in their search box.
Hope that helps you out.
Thanks for using FixYa!

Just bought my dad a second hand go go 3 wheel elite scooter

Hi Linda. Sometimes if there is a blown fuse or faulty connector on the battery leads, the charger thinks the batteries are charged as the voltage coming out of the charger rises to the high level. Some chargers will cut out if this happens. It is probably not the charger.
Make sure the batteries are plugged in correctly, sometimes during transport they will get knocked and become disconnected.
Also make sure that the battery terminals are not loose where the wires connect to the batteries.
Good luck. Neil.
