Check your fuse box first if ok then take the ground cable wire off from the frame opposite from the battery neg and wire brush it , clean it (metal shine) so it will make a good contact to the frame, next try checking both cables for acid corrosion at the ends under the protective coating, if you still have a dead bike then check or replace the starter solinoid, as it's positive side may be shorted out due to overheated contacts.

I have a CBR125R it has no spark. I changed the CDI, Stator, Pickup, Tilt Switch, but still nothing, please can you help

Hi, Wynand and the usual suspects are:
1. Fouled spark plugs.
2. Severely discharged or a damaged battery, should have 12.5 volts or better and be able to pass a load test if necessary.
3. Check battery terminals for damage or corrosion, check the battery cables at "BOTH" ends for loose, corroded, or broken connectors, "INSIDE" and outside the cable harness, perform connector wiggle test and check cables with an ohmmeter if necessary.
4. Loose connection at ignition coil or plug between ignition sensor and CDI box.
5. Spark plug cables shorting or leaking, spark plug cable connections loose, check for spark leakage in the dark.
6. Faulty ignition coil, pick up coil, trigger coil or CDI box testing needs to be checked with an ohmmeter at 70 degrees Fahrenheit
7. Faulty safety switches clutch, kickstand, neutral, off/on etc.
8. Faulty ignition switch.

Hi, Harold it's really tough to answer any of your questions because you didn't ask any, the batteries in my crystal ball are dead and my mental telepathy headset is broken so here is my best shot the following applies to carbureted also fuel injected models and the usual suspects are:
1. Severely discharged or a damaged battery, should have 12.5 volts or better and be able to pass a load test if necessary.
2. Failed alternator/generator and or voltage regulator.
3. Loose or corroded battery terminals and or cables especially the "NEGATIVE" cable, look for loose, corroded, or broken connectors inside the cable harness at "BOTH" ends.
4. Failed main circuit breaker or ignition switch, check for loose connections and continuity.
5. Failed system and or ignition relay, check for continuity.
6. Failed ignition coil, ignition/electronic module.
7. Failed CKP, CPS, CMP, MAP, TPS, or BAS sensor, corroded, loose or broken wire connector pins/sockets.
8. Throttle cables and or idle speed improperly adjusted hot idle speed should be 950 RPM to 1000 RPM.
9. Air/fuel mixture screw improperly adjusted.
10. Water or dirt in the fuel system, carburetor or filter.
11. Restricted, blocked or kinked fuel line.
12. Fuel tank empty.
13. The gas cap is not venting properly or fuel tank venting system blocked.
14. A failed fuel pump, pressure regulator and or fuel injectors.
15. Vacuum line from intake manifold to petcock broken, cracked, or not attached, carburetor vent line plugged.
16. Needle and seat stuck closed in the float bowl.

I have a honda 2004 cbr600 don't want to star

There are many reason a vehicle will not start:
1) Battery drained -could be solved by kick starting.
2) No spark-check spark plugs
3) Check fuses
4) Ignition
5) Old fuel.
6) Clogged carburetor (if it is not Fuel injected)
7) Bad fuel pump

CBR will not show any signs of power when key is turned to on position. I have a new battery and brand new RR. Any suggestions?

Clip the negative probe of a voltmeter to the negative clamp on the battery. Starting with the positive post of the battery use the positive probe to find how far the positive goes.

The post, then the part connected to the post, then the other end of that wire, then any fuses that "other end" is attached to, and so on.

Ensure that (+) is getting to the ignitions switch.

You just have to track it down.
