For rear \/ \/ \/ \/
1.There is a alan head screw that goes through the top of the brake pads. you want to remove that next take a flat head screw driver stick it between the pad and disk turn it to loosen the grip. slide the pads out put the new ones back it ,then put the screw back in. pump brakes before you ride.

For Front \/ \/ \/ \/ \/
remove any disk guards, there are two bolts that connect the caliper to the fork remove those, use the screwdriver again to loosen the grip. then Remove the screw and take out pads and put the new ones back it ,then put the screw back in. pump brakes before you ride.

Honda XR125 won't downchange gears

Your shift forks have been bent, this is usually caused by "slamming gears" meaning not using the clutch or while standing on the pegs inadvertently standing on the shifter as well. Cases need to be split and forks replaced.

Good evening , I have an Supreme Hero Honda CBZ of 2002 model Its nice to ride with it & i am taking care a lots regarding the same. As of now i have to change the front disc pads of My bike ..So...

hi, i never done one of these before, but, PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE STARTING (VERY IMPORTANT)
i will try to help you. LEAVE THE BRAKE CALIPER PIPE (CONNECTED). SLACKEN the BRAKE CALIPER undo the BRAKE FILLER CAP and MAKE SURE THIS DO'S NOT GET ONTO THE PAINTWORK. (THIS WILL STRIP PAINTWORK INSTANTLY). (DO NOT SHAKE MOTORBIKE). NEED TO PROTECT WITH DENSE HEAVY TYPE CLOTH. the PADS of the caliper need to be carefully pushed back then take off the caliper. do not undo BRAKE FLUID PIPE. take out pads and OBSERVE IF ANY PAD CLIPS ARE CONNECTED. push the caliper piston back (if no room to fit pads). you may need to displace some BRAKE FLUID. if BRAKE FLUID SPLASHES ON TO THE PAINTWORK DO'NT RUB IT OFF the paint will come off. REPLACE BRAKE FLUID CAP as SOON AS you get the CALIPER OFF. when all wok DONE and all bolts are tight . this WILL NEED TO BE BLED (TAKE AIR OUT OF SYSTEM). and TEST the BRAKE BEFORE ROAD TESTING (VERY IMPORTANT). gerry

Dont know how to ajust cam chain on honda xr125 motorcycle 2004

Know where the axle nut is? Next to it there are horizontal nuts on each swingarm, loosen the locknuts one full turn and turn those adjusting (horizontal) bolts clockwise to the next distance stop location equally. Reverse previous process to lock everything back again. Good enough?

I need a repair manual for a kazuma 125cc scooter. especially wrt right handle starter kit

well Kazuma is chinese im thinking, the closest you might get to the manual is a Honda xr125 manual If its a honda clone engine, ask at your local shop wether it is a honda clone engine. if so its most likely an Xr125 clone.

Front brake lever is very hard/solid when i

I am thinking that you need to change the fluid and replace the brake pads. Over time brake fluid attracts water and it states in the manual that brake fluid should be changed. I change fluid in mine every other year.

How do I replace brake pads on real wheel of CBR 600F 1996

the problem is probably 2 things in the brake.
one the pads could be worn and two the disk is probably wearing in a wavey fashion.
run you hand over the disk surface and see if it feels lumpy, if so have it surfaced when you replace your pads.

Oil filter change where is it and how to replace

It doesn't have a proper oil filter, for this reason you have to change the oil regularly (every 1000 to 2000 miles).

For information on how to change the oil try this link:

The honda xr125 and honda cg125 have the same engine. I have changed the oil several times on my xr125 and I can confirm that you follow the same procedure for both bikes. There is also an oil change demo on youtube for the cg125:
