Question about 2005 Yamaha TT-R 125 L
Bike is a 2005 first the electric start locked up I took it off and there might have been a loose part. When I put it back the bike ran fine for a week Now I heard a click and the crank locked up. Maybe the enigine is locked up? It is fine with oil, doesn't burn or drip. But engine seems froze? I have a part time job and want to work on this as a project I just don't know what to check next so I can tell what part I need to buy? Do I need to take off the crank shaft cover/side engine cover to look? What am I looking for, will there be clues? How do I get a replacement engine/parts to fit?
Take crank cover off see if anything is laying in there check spring on kick start try to turn the gears if that isnt it you may have thrown your piston or something
