I washed cycle now i have 12 volts to all fuses but no power to cdi
You've earthed something out, have you checked fuse.
brown is your live wire on cdi, (seems to be the original problem). you could make your own connection to live. but disconnect original cdi if you do incase it earths out. i wouldn't take it from battery though as will constantly be on. find a live that only comes on with ignition key. i.e look at ignition key wires.
