My 50cc yamaha wont start electronically or with kickstart...battery is charged lights working

if there is no kick start shaft out side the crank case then no you wont be able to .

If you have a battery charger then connect it to the battery to charge the battery.
If you do not have a battery charger, then remove the battery and take it to a garage and get them to charge the battery.
You can also connect a battery to the flat battery to jump start your motorcycle. If you do not know how then I suggest you get a friend who knows to help you.

try a new battery

completely charge the battery

the battery earth to the bikes chasy may be dirty check all battery leads are clean and tight plus any to the frame,,,

the kick stater machanism has a spring on it
which may be brocken
