The chain loosening is a common problem in bajaj bikes. you need to work it on your own. what you can do is stop accelerating suddenly on the initial pick ups..it jerks the chain more and it goes loosened. @ pick up problem, their may be a number of problems. it may be carbon on ur engine head. OR your silencer is choking OR your carburettor needs to be fixed again.. OR your piston rings need to be changed. these are the major defects which usualy come. Hope it works..:))

I have purchased FZ in Nov 2009.I have all my services on time.now i am facing problem in chain set.Service dealer told me that this part dont cover under warrenty...plz do some help.

The dealer is correct. Sorry. A chain is like the brake pads. Used gently they will last longer than with rough usage. The dealer has no control over how you ride the bike. Drag race starts, wheelies and sudden acceleration puts extreme stress on a chain. No wonder it can wear out early. Just get a new chain and avoid the major stress things you can do to the chain. Keep it oiled and adjusted and it will last much longer. Please rate my answer. Thanks.

Replacing brakes on caliber back caliber stuck out how to get it back in diagram would be helpful

calipers is a common problem with that model but you need a special tool to push and turn the piston back in if its not frozen up due to corrotion. auto parts chains usally can rent or loan you the tool you need.

It's hammer time! Give it a few cracks around the face, 12:00 then 6:00 then 3:00 then 9:00. If it's not off by then your not hitting it hard enough.

Timing off

1st, Confirm that the distributor rotor is getting spun by removing the distributor cap and watching it while someone cranks the engine a couple of turns.
If it isn't turning, you've got major internal engine problems (timing belt or chain broken, etc.).
If it IS turning, you may still have major problems... distributor jumped a tooth or teeth or the pin that holds the gear to the distributor shaft may have sheared.
If the rotor turns and is in the correct position for Top Dead Center for cylinder one, then you might have something as simple as a severe vacuum leak from a bad hose... something HIGHLY likely in a vehicle this age.
