Overflow the overflow wont stop leaking. any soloutions....

If you can't keep fluid in the overflow you either have an external leak, you should see fluid on the ground after stopping, if no fluid is apparent you have an internal engine leak and need a mechanic to determine the cause and repair.

You can put whatever you in there, doesnt mean it will fix anything

Have you tried unplugging the dishwasher power cord from the outlet, waiting 30 seconds and plugging it back in?

There are only three places tank could leak without running on floor; 1 Flapper valve, even though you push on it, theres a possibility it might not be saeling right especially if it has a rubber ring that slides down over overflow tube. Tjis will sometimes contort the shape of the flapper. If it has such a ring and also has the ears to hook on to the hooks on overflow drain assembly, take the flapper out and cut the ring off . 2 if the overflow tube is not sealed and/or carcked below the water line, it will leak. 3 If the main drain assembly, where it goes through tank, is not sealed, it could possibly be getting past and still not leaking past seal between tank and bowl. Some fill valves will run a couple of seconds intermittantly and have to be adjusted but will not run all the time.

The carb is overflowing either because the needle valve is leaking or the float is B/O or not adjusted properly

If you are putting in stop leak then yeah it goes in there because the radiator cap is on the overflow tank. But I wouldn't recommend using stop leak. The engine likely needs new intake manifold gaskets because that is a common problem with that engine. It would be better to just replace the gaskets

with tank empty and knob in the on position blow into tank air should flow turn knob to off position blow air should not flow . if knob passes lightly tap carb . the float might be stuck

Your system does not have a cap on the radiator. It is a 'sealed system' with the reservoir holding pressure. This is not so much an 'overflow' tank like some systems, but an expansion tank.

You can add the stop leak directly into the tank.

You need to get some new float needles, and have the carbs cleaned and the float heights set correctly.

You have a problem with the water level switch.  It is located in the base of the machine below the tub.  Replace it and you'll be fine.
