Look for phillips screws around the front of the headlight bezel.Remove these and pull the headlight straight forward. Behind the light you now hold in your hand will be a 3 prong electrical connection that you either pull straight back or twist 1/4 turn. You will be replacing the whole headlight like a car or you will have a halogen bulb that twists out of headlight, buy a new one and reverse procedure for reinstall....good luck to you my friend....Tim

G'day, from what I can see from pics, your hammer should be disc brake rear. This means there's usually no need to remove the wheel. If you have a close look at it you should be able to see how the pads are removed. Some pads are held in by pins or bolts that pass through holes in the pad to hold it in, others are held in by the caliper itself & you'll need to remove it to change pads. You'll need to sqeeze the pistons back into the caliper if you're putting new thicker pads in. You can use a G clamp & old pad to do this, just keep an eye on the fluid res.hope this helps :)

Low beam not working on my 2007 victory hammer, is anyone else having problems with this?

your bulb is probably burned out. Remove the four screws that hold your headlight assembly together and take a look.

Reliable

Victory Hammer gets about 35 to 40 miles per gallon. Giving the average range inbetween fill-ups at approx 170 miles. Victory is a good bike and if I were going to get another cruiser, Victory would be at the top of my list. Maintenance costs will depend on how much you ride it and where you live...the best place to go to get prices is where you plan to have it serviced. Ask them how often the bike needs serviced and how much the maintenance costs will be for the Hammer.
