Question about 1992 Suzuki GSF 250 Bandit
1.Do you have a fuel filter? maybe it's clogged up, and needs to be cleaned or replaced.
2.If no fuel filter, it could be you need to clean your carburateur.
hope its the first, but no worries if it's the second, it's quite easy to do.
hope it starts soon, so you can get back to riding.

Since there is spark and fuel ..it should start!
But if the compression is low and if the spark plugs are foul up it sure wont start, try to replace the spark plugs and also take the compression test!.
Hope thiswill be of help.
