How i extract SFX file

Provided that you can get to the brush housing you should be able to do this simple job. You would unscrew the plastic plug and extract the brush. Then replace with a new one. Replace the plastic plug and then repeat this operation for the other brush.

This worked for me.

For the sound effects to work you'll need to download SC (Starcraft) Sound Edit Utility.

Open up the utility and then open up file Sfx.agg found on a standard installation here (hold the quotes) "C:\Program Files\Sonalysts Combat Simulations\688I\Sfx"

Select all the sound files and extract them and you are done. the sound files may end up in the compatibility files.

to download driver for your web cam (win 7 compatibility) from official site of A4tech.
since it is rar file you need software like 7zip or winrar
follow the instructions below for proper installation

• Save driver somewhere where you will remember after download . i recommend that you save it on your desktop , so it will be easy to find .
• After successfully downloading the driver , do not open the driver file until you make sure the following has completed : ***REMOVE / UNINSTALL any webcam driver from the PC . ( If you forgot to do this part , your driver may not be able to install correctly and successfully later )
• After the original driver has been removed , open the downloaded file
  
• Follow the on-screen instructions .
• When it's successfully installed , please restart your computer .
  
• After you have restarted the computer , plug the webcam into your computer and it will automatically recognize the new hardware.

i think ur cd is not write properly to check the disk insert it in other drive

Ok if you dont have the file yet download it from http://downloads.pspspot.net/homebrew/719-cxmb-3-2-1.html
extract the files to your desktop
then set up your psp to usb mode and when all the folders open up 
put the files that you extracted to your desktop to the psp's MPROOT(the place where the PSP,ISO,MUSIC etc.. is)
when its done turn off your psp
then when you turn it on hold R and when it turns on you will see a folder named plugins open it and you will see something like "CXMB 3.3 (disabled)"enable that and exit recovery mode and your all set .

There is no any software which can extract rzr files..

Just change your file extension to .rar and use winrar to extract it...
