Intake Air Temp should be somewhere in the air intake hose. The big black ducting that leads from the air filter to the motor.  The coolant temp sensor should be on the intake by the upper radiator hose and the thermostat.

Can somebody help me here I'm trying to stall fuel programmer on my 06 CTS I need to locate a wire and IAT wire I don't know the color or where it is

You need the intake air temperature sensor, these commonly wire into the mass air flow sensor. Is it an aftermarket unit with performance in mind? If not, please explain briefly and I'll be able to give a more definitive answer!

Hi I own a 2003 Cadillac CTS I am getting a check engine light error light with code P0128 and my heat is fluxuating up and down I have already installed a themostat. What are my options

A code P0128 may mean that one or more of the following has happened:

1-Low engine coolant level
2-Leaking or stuck open thermostat
3-Faulty cooling fan (running too much)
4-Faulty coolant temperature (ECT) sensor
5-Faulty intake air temperature (IAT) sensor

Check coolant level
Check to make sure thermostat is functioning properly Check the Cooling fan Check the ECT sensor Check the IAT sensor If all else fails replace the thermostat

It has no power to coil and the voltage to the tps and iat and temp sensors is to high 5.4 volts allready replaced the pcm

Tps, iat and cts sensors run on 5 volt reference. You have no power to the coil when cranking right? Have you checked the Auto Shut Down Relay?

Where is my IAT sensor?

This is just a wild answer. The IAT is intake air temperature sensor. Most of them are located in the rubber ductwork going to the engine. It should have two wires going to it. Some were put into the intake of the engine itself. I am not very familiar with the CTS-V so this is just a guess.
