I've been riding and working on my own bikes for 35 years I've always used 10w-40 in my bikes. Never had any problems. The key to any bike especially small engines is to change the oil often .

clutch plates worn , I would replace steel plates as well , and change the oil and filter to clear any dust left by worn out clutch

yes there is the standard piston size is 63.0mm.
and you can buy the kit on ebay the part is in California

I want to know, what is the engine oil capacity of Honda XL 125r (manufactured year may be 1986)


the capacity is cast into the caseing near the oil filler will look something like 800cc or 1000cc

1000 cc =1 litre
