Start the bike and you can see there is a screw loaded with spring the carburetor just push inside one thread now you can see increase in Idling speed I mean throttle. Now check for a small brass screw which is little inside now just push the screw inside fully. now very slowly unscrew the small screw in certain point you can see there is a increase in throttling stop when you reach maximum throttling. Now unscrew the spring loaded screw slowly till you get the normal Idling.

Screaming noise at high speeds

Sounds like wheel bearings. There just isn't a lot on that bike that increases with speed, it's either wheels or engine. If it's engine- it will make noise in neutral. If it's wheels, it will only make noise while actually moving.

Sounds like you need to tune your carburetor and check the spark plug.
Try checking the CDi, replace it with an aftermarket racing CDi and compare the ignition and combustion, if it still doing that problem.

Tell us afterwards to guide you more of these problems.

Still my bike complete 1400 km and first service had done (at the km of 830). I don't know why the engine make noisy sound slightly when i reach out the 40 km speed. i could not able to go ahead of 45 km...

if the sound is commin from engine ... then its a kind of tapped sound.. which can be rectified by mechanic.. or else if the sound is comin from the hind side of vehicle ... then its of chainspocket

Perhaps you got one of the new Honda 1980 Tech where they are using a Turbo to gain HP(Kw). It is a white elephant but a technology experiment. Bike too heavy for turbo, not very agile. Google CX500 and read it's review in NZ Bikers magazine 2010 March edition.
