Yep, I've got a similar device - NWZ-615F. Just prior to it's one year anniversary, it stopped working, and displays "low battery." I didn't use it for about a month, and it must have drained the battery to the point of no return. I've tried a direct charge with a USB to the outlet too. When I try to charge it using the computer, a message about an unrecognized USB device. I've tried the reset button several times, but it just displays low battery. Once that message disappears, I see "Every moment has its music," but it never works. I've tried reloading the software, and even upgraded to a new version of the software, but nothing works.
I hate to just throw it away, especially since my daughter's ipod is 3 years old, and still going strong on the original battery.
Exactly same problem that has a_thonglek. Anyone has found solutions ?
