Monster 1000 lost code card - no ignition

I am in India with little or no support available and a friend asked me to help him with his monster 1000 that will not start.  I read the manual online and discovered the ignitin lock-out system and explained that we needed his code card 9he bought the bike new).  He has three keys including the red key but cannot come up with the code card or the codes.
How do I get the code?  Failing that, how do i get a wiring diagram and wire around the need for a code?  Any ogher suggestkons to get him running? Quiet in Delhi

Lost the keys to my 2011 ducati monster 696, now its saying I need a code, is there a way around the imobiliser code

The official Ducati solution is to replace your dash, ecu, ignition switch, fuel cap and seat latch. I have heard that some companies can reflash your ecu and turn of the immobilizer though.

it varies based on model, you'll need to let us know which you have. Some have an interlock system, that may be difficult to override.

Oil Leak - 2007 Monster S2R

Why not check on the comments with the dealer that supplied/serviced the bike? It is still under warranty so if there are any faults they should be remedied by the dealer.
