Question about 2001 Yamaha FZS 400 Fazer
Hello. I recently rebuilt a starter for my 2004 Yamaha Kodiak ATV. After I reinstalled the starter in my Quad, it still would not start. Power goes to the selinoid but the Starter just won't engage. I was told that the washers must be placed back onto the starter (after rebuild) in a certain sequence or the starter won't work. I have tried in vain to locate any info on what the sequence of the starter washers are. Since there are five washers, (some metal and some non-metal) that makes for a lot of combinations.
Sorry about the "products category" below but I could not find ATV
