Hi - I have a 2006 Jeep Liberty I have had no problems until now. The other day - it was very cold -35c I drove my jeep into town about 6 miles, on the way home it developed a ticking sound that got increasingly louder. When I got home I parked it until today when it is only -5c and started it. It started fine, but the ticking is still there and now it is running very poorly. I feel sick. Help.

It sounds like an onboard computer malfunction that would have to be analyzed at a competent mechanic outlet, to determine if the computer module needs repacing, or could be fixed.
