You will have to remove the seat to access the bolts holding the tank in place. the four plugs are under the tank. you may also have to remove some of the bodywork. make sure to note the HT(high tension) leads that are attached to the plugs they are numbered, dont mix them up. has it had old petrol in it over the winter cos if it has it has proberly gone off you need to drain the tank and carbs you may also have to rebalance the carbs after cleaning them

200° is quite warm...
If the engine wont turn over, probabily you have a bad battery, a bad starter or a bad starter relay, or bad connections.
A hot engine has more compression. If the full battery power doesn't reach the starter it won't turn over...
