Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

SOURCE: front wheel axle pinch bolt torque setting

tight is right. just do it up tight and re-check it after a ride or two. it'll be fine. dont go at it like an animal though, i have never torqued wheel nuts and never had any trouble. if you dont trust your judgement ask the bike shop who is fitting your new tyre and balancing the wheel

SOURCE: torque setting

The sprocket nut torque setting is 132Nm. If you are after the plastic cover torque settings, i dont think they have one. Hope this helps.

SOURCE: Front brake too stiff on 1984 Honda Shadow VT500C Shadow

You should have disc brakes??? They are not adjustable.
It is common for a caliper piston to freeze up or become corroded and bind up so it will not move freely.

Towing the bike with a cradle

The easiest thing is to remove the front sprocket cover then just slide the sprocket off the output shaft. Now no adjustments are needed to the wheel to get going again. Use wire or duct tape to hold the chain. DO NOT use twine or similar rope. They can come untied and / or stretch.
