I put the wrong oil in my motorbike

What type of oil did you put in the first place?
Maybe you will need to throughly flash the engine of the oil that was wrongly put in. If you are in USA , get seafoam, use that one to flush the engine. It may help!

Nice bike!
The gearbox may be save-able if it hasn't done too many miles with no oil.
I would use a good quality semi-synthetic 10-40 multigrade but for acurate description of your bike, check this web site out. It may help you out.

Can I use just regular bicycle chain oil on my cbr f3 chain?

Hi. I would only use a good motorbike chain lube for your motorbike as a bicycle chain oil may well be to thin and will increase chain ware. As for oil, check in your service book or manual. If you do not have one ask at you local motorbike shop and they will tell you whitch oil you nead. Regards Tony.

Oil

do you mean higher grade as in better quality? If so No. If your talking about the rating numbers(example:10w30) you go by the lowest temp weather your riding will be in and highest temp weather. I don't know how that whole thing exactly works but the numbers deal with viscosity of the oil. Just use what the manufacturer of your bike tells you.
