Sounds like clutch disks are in need of replacement. your clutch is slipping when under a heavy load. if you have adusted the cable properly, then i would focus on the clutch friction disks. these are designed to wear as they transfer power from the engine to the transmission.

drain the oil and remove the side cover to access the clutch basket. you'll need a new side cover gasket as well as a new clutch pack (friction & metal).

My cr125 wont idel after stating can it be ajusted.

there is a little screw at the back of your carb next to your air box. kick your bike over and keep little revs on screw it clockwise (in) then start so slowly screw it anticlockwise (out) till your bike starts to rev a bit mor then release your throttle and it should tik over.

Had a recent rebuild on 2002 gz 125, new piston, rebore etc, bike has done 250 odd miles since and has recently started loosing power. Changed oil recently because of overfill (slightly) and now wont stay...

First call the shop that did the work if they are worth anything they will help you out.
After i build a motor it always has a valve adj. after it has ran for a few i like to do it around 100 miles this lets everything find its groove if you will. Good luck

Cr 125 02 wont start.makes wooosh/bang noise

you may want to check your card settings and the compression itself as the woosh and the bang noise means that the gas is burning, but not completely combusting.

hope this helps.

Idles too high

Sound like the bike is runnng lean.

1. check the air screw, it should be out 1.5 to 2 turns.
2. check that you do not have a leaky intake manifold.

1991 CR 500 (reving to high on idle high serges)

take some wd 40 & spray around the carb boot while running to see if the idle drops for a few seconds. sounds like you have an intake side air leak causing a lean condition making the motor rev high.
