The carby's should be drained and flushed with an aerosol carburetor cleaner, available all auto/bike shops. The fuel tank should receive the same treatment, but a couple of cupfulls of fuel swished around and drained should be ok. Give the plugs a clean and thoroughly check all wiring connections for signs of corrosion. Take one plug lead off and turn motor over with a spare plug attached and check each cylinder for spark. Check all rubber components for persihing or cracking. Goodluck and cheers.
