Question about 1989 kawasaki ZXR 750
My bike runs fine until i go and put it in gear and let the clutch out it cuts out ,I have just had the head off to lap valves ,I'm wondering if i have put the cam timing wrong , I have also just put new chain and sprockets on it could i have disrupted the neutral switch on the clutch . need help .

The neutral switch is mounted in the left end of the shift drum. It is part number 13151-1080. There is an associated part, "PIN-neutral position" #92043-076 The pin is under a bolt screwed into the top case. Bad switch or loose wire connection.
