Same oil filter, you're good to go, not to worry. As for the drain plug, I torque everything that calls for torques. If you don't have a torque wrench, be careful when you put it on, you don't want to over torque your aluminum case...you'll strip it, and wish you had spent the money on the torque wrench. If you plan on doing any work on your bike, get a good torque wrench. It will pay for itself and give you ease of mind knowing the job is done right.

There is 2 switches on your bike (like most motorcycles) and one of them is stuck on, broken, or the linkage to it is damaged!
The Front switch is actually part of the master cylinder /lever, and the rear switch is actuated when the right side brake pedal is depressed.
You will need to take a multimeter and check them both for a short with no power on using an ohmmeter. Another way is to disconnect the plug going to the switches & check the brake lite to see if it goes off & if it does that particular switch is in trouble and may need to be replaced.

Hi Cammy, I hope you are following the instructions in the Owners Manual? The steps are as follows: 1. Turn IGN on. 2. Press and hold keyfob until the turn signals flash 3 times 3. Turn IGN off 4. Press and hold keyfob until turn signals flash 3 times again. Red seurity light will be flashing on and off. Alarm will be set but motion detection will be deactivated.

SOURCE: Front end wobble
My 2000 king had a wobble problem after getting lower chrome tubes added on. And I noticed it the first time at high speeds. So, I went back to the mechanic and he and I both missed the problem. But, the counter lady was there and seen one of the weights missing on the front tire. So, I got it balanced and all is great now even at high speeds.
