try some aero start, starting spray, it may help work out what may be wrong.
Try a compression test
drain the carby bowls.though the little drain screws
Did it stop for any reason or it just wont start after it has sat for a time.?
What have you tried?

There is more to properly setting the cams than just the clearances. Cam position, rotor position relative to sprocket position, and valve "2 cylinder sets" in a given rotor position. Below is the start of the process. FixYa limits the size of the answer files. My email address is email@example.com. Email me and I can reply with a pdf file of the four pages in the service manual. Two of the pages are shim selection charts, Intake and Exhaust. Please rate my answer. Thanks.
