How do you bleed the brakes on the Boulevard c109. There are two bleed ******* on the rear brakes and two on each side of the front. Do you bleed them in turn or do two at the same time.

Hi, Greg love that first name always bleed the highest bleeder screw first if your brake for this scenario you will need your service/owners manual if you can't find the first and best tool you ever bought for your Suzuki, despair not, for a mere $10/20 you can download another one. What type of oil does 1997 Suzuki VS 800 take

Depends on the driving.
If you live where it is really cold ( it gets down to O degrees Fahrenheit), you should probably use a 5W-20.
If the lowest temperature you drive in is 32 degrees, 5W-30.
If you drive in above 50 degrees, you could use 10W-30.
These "weights" ( viscosities ) are standard for most gasoline vehicles.

How often do you change the oil on a 2002 Suzuki vs 800 intruder

Hi, it all depends on the type of riding you do. Mr Suzuki advises 4,000 miles between oil changes. This is OK if you do a lot of miles every time you ride. If you do a lot of short journey's then you need to to do more frequent oil changes. I normally do an oil change every 2,000 to 2,500 miles as I do a lot of short trips. One of my bikes has no cam shaft bearings and I do an oil change every 1,000 to 1,500 miles regardless.

Hope this helps.

Need to know what type, weight, quantity of oil to change oil and filter on 2001 Suzuki DRZ-250. Also, given I'm going to change the filter, do I need anything other then the filter? aka, a gasket or...

Need standard mineral oil SAE10W/40, amount needed abt 3-3.5L. Some aftermarket filters doesnot give a 'O'ring seal replacement, OEM will. If you remove the filter carefully, the O-ring should be alright to be re-used. Good?

I also have a c109RT 2008 I bought 2 month ago w same issue...

Suzuki are correct as it isn't a warranty issue, you pay for delivery in which case the oil levels are filled and checked by the dealer. This in my opinion a dealer warranty because they seem to have stuffed up. Frankly it is a bit hard to prove so if I were you I would have the oil drained and refilled to the correct level (Even using the same oil) by another shop. Try asking the dealer to do it first, you no ask you no get. If that doesn't work go somewhere else, if enough people do this it will hurt them in the long run.

Can I install the tach from a suzuki boulevard M109 to a Suzuki boulevard C109,? they have the same motor I just need to know if the harness is there and if it will work... and also where do I start......

In my experience with Suzuki, they use the same wiring harness between modles such as the M109 and the C109 or DL650 and DL1000. More than likely you will find the plug in which to install the Tacho. Best have a good look at someones M109 and see where it connects, if they let you of course. These should be no reason why you can't fit it aftermarket anyway.

When changing the oil, how many quarts and what type of oil is used?

Most engines have it stamped in block ,beside oil fill hole example on oil bottle should say 936 ml on quart bottle. Most suzukis over 750cc use 3.9 quarts of oil. DO NOT USE SYNTHETIC OILS..will cause clutch slippage ..Also look under seat, most bikes have a sticker with oil capacity, filter type, spark plug type
