Question about 2005 Suzuki Boulevard M50
I am having the same problem with mine, same bike as well. I can change plugs and they are fouled in 2 miles. I have tried cleaning injectors, new fuel programmer, and no fuel programmer, nothing has worked. I have also noticed my fan does not kick on anymore and I know it's getting hot enough to run, maybe a temperature sensor?

This is a fuel injected model and a number of electrical components in the FI system could be the problem. An experienced tech will have to diagnose these issues. As the owner you could check things like the air filter for possible rodent nesting inthe air box. This is common if bike is stored in an area where they are present. Also syphon all the fuel out an inspect for water or debris , refill with fresh fuel. If you find comtaminates a new fuel filter, located in the tank will be in order.

Even though you probably don't have that many miles on the bike, or if you do have a lot riding time on it, it sounds to me like you need a valve adjustment. That's a high reving bike for that engine that works pretty hard so you might have 1 - 3 loose valves.

You can reset by disconnecting the battery for about half an hour, but the gaskets on the fuel system have been dry for a couple of months, and in turn have shrunk, this would cause the pressure to drop, and you may need to re-tighten all the screws on the feul pump, rail etc. Hope that helps!

If it starts up and runs fine then the firing order isnt your problem you must have some sort of vacuum issue possibly not enough air
