How do I fix 2011 Harley FLHTK tour pack lights that stopped working. The regular brake and tail lights work.

Hi Curt, try checking the tour pack wiring harness where it connects to the main wiring harness at the connector for corroded, broken, or loose pins/sockets, continuity and make sure you have good clean ground. If you still can't find the short, please contact me at xlch@mail.com. Good luck and have nice day.

What fuse do I need to change to make my temp light come on; on the dash board any make temp blow

Is this the only light that is out? If so the bulb has failed. You would have to change the bulb. Pop the plastic cover over your instrument cluster, Unscrew the instrument cluster (4 screws) , pull towards yourself .The bulb is behind the temperature gauge. There you will find a holder of the bulb, turn left or right to unscrew remove and change the bulb. I believe it to be 194. When installing bulb wipe clean with cloth and don't touch. Skin oil tends to make for short life. Install bulb and go in reverse till all is together. GOOD LUCK FRIEND.

How do I replace the rail that holds on the tour box on my ultra classic

I take it you are referring to a Tour Pak. I have installed and removed many of these but I am not at all certain what you are referring to as "the rail that holds down my tour box and seat rest". If you can describe it a little more clearly maybe I or someone else will be able to help.

How to replace the fog lights

Actually, your manual (if you have the Touring Model) says the following:

Use a wrench to remove the mounting bolt from the underbody through the hole in the splash shield.

Remove the fog light assembly from the bumper by pulling its inner edge first, then the whole assembly out of the bumper.

Remove the electrical connector from the bulb by pushing on the tab and pulling the connector down.

Remove the bulb from the fog light assembly by turning it one quarter turn counterclockwise.

Push the electrical connector onto the new bulb.

Turn on the fog lights to test the new bulb.

Reinstall the fog light assembly into the bumper. Tighten the mounting bolt.

Insert the new bulb into the assembly and turn it one-quarter turn clockwise to lock it in place.

I would take another look for the hole in the splash shield. You will need a socket wrench to remove the bolt. It is always possible that there may be a plastic cover disk of something of that sort covering the hole, or you might have to remove the splash shield itself (I doubt that), but the bolt is there. Take your time, you'll find it.

Hope this helps you.

Brake light

Access to the brake light bulb is through the tail light lens. First, remove the tail light lens by removing the single star shaped screw that secures the lens. You do not need a special screwdriver or bit: a regular flathead screwdriver will work fine.
