The ignition voltage circuit on that model is the orange/white wire. The voltage to all ignition components you mentioned originates from the engine stop switch. All orange white wires should be hot with key and stop switch on. Trace as necessary to find where the break is.

SOURCE: cant get the seat off

There are two bolts (they take allen keys) one on each side of the seat(toward the back before the rear seat pillion or cowl cover) remove those and it will slide to the back to remove it.

SOURCE: 03 gsxr 600: f1 shows on l.e.d and red light flashes

I almost pulled out my hair trying to figure out the same thing for about 4 days. Very low battery voltage...Its actually common I found out. Take your battery to autozone for a full charge. It should fix the issue.

SOURCE: I have a Suzuki Katana 600 that shuts off when put

the neutral switch is inside the gear box, but the side stand can be seen from under the bike, the best way to check if its the problem is to pull both wires off and sort them out with a split pin or jump lead of some sort its more likley to be the side stand causing this problem as its a safty idear,,,
now who drives off with the side stand down,,,,,,me?

ECU gives no spark signal towards coils, ECU tested ok..

Try bypassing the side stand switch altogether & also any safety switch on the clutch lever, sounds like some sort of wiring issue or maybe a bad stator plate.

1998 suzuki gsxr 600 is not getting any spark

the orange w/white trace wire to coils is the power wire. It gets voltage from the r/h handle switch. open the switch and verify that voltage is going into the engine kill portion of switch and is passing to the orange /white wire when key and stopswitch is on. BTY I am assuming that you have checked the fuses.

The CDI does'nt give electricity going to sparkplug. Do I need to know the diagram for troubleshoot CDI? can I see the diagram?

If there is power into CDI but not out to coil then check that kill switch works, also check side-stand switch If OK & coils are earthed then get CDI repaired

I started my 2006 suzuki gsxr 600 for the first time since fall and it starts fine in neutral but as soon as u put it in gear it shuts off. The kick stand is up and it will not start in any other gear but...

check the kick stand switch...it sounds like it sticking out....so even when you put the kick stand up the switch is stuck out....so the engine wil cut out as it thinks kick stand is still down....give it a spray with wd40...or something like ....but work it till it no longer sticks.......

No current to the cdi box,but the light comes on when i kick it over?

if theres no current to the cdi but the light works then its either the outer coil or the stator coil is bad and the lighting coil still works.
